Want USA specs and quality in a MIJ import and not in a old Professional Pro? Sorta obscure run when it shouldn’t be. The last from the Chushin Gakki factory this one is 2011, but I’ve seen others from 2012. I speak more about these on my database in my signature (F3 the word ‘elite’) . I'm not going to copy and paste what I've already said there, but there was King V and Rhoads models too in just a few finish options, the most infamous probably the silver dragon Soloist.

Basically is a high end Soloist with a real German Floyd and originally Duncan’s with the mid boost (mine switched to VVT EMGX). Has alumi-loid inlays before the Indonesian Pro series stuff copied it. Ebony and maple top, etc… Unique ’Elite’ on the truss rod cover, finish matching headstock and silver Jackson logo. Just a dream. This pic is fug I know bc it's taken in front of my Bass playing rig I had out at the time.. but does anyone else own one?

Info is scarce, but you all know how much of a nerd I am so. Here's some sources aside from forum posts:

I was at NAMM when these were released. I played one or two and the quality was tops! I've always wanted one, and almost got a king V, but regretfully I bailed at the last minute on it.

    They are definitely rare!

I bought the Silver Sparkle Randy Rhoads Elite upon release. Gorgeous looking guitar. Best craftsmanship i have ever seen. Alas it sounded like a dead plank. So i sold it again after a few futile attempts to remedy the dead sound.

Interesting, I've since sold this for more rare stuff because... yes, it never sounded the best. I couldn't figure out what it was. Tried different pickups and everything. So odd. None of my older ones were like that.

Complete mystery to me as well. The Elite just wasn't resonant at all. Maybe it was mineral streaks in the wood or something freaky like that. And its a shame. Because visually the Elite guitars were stunning. This week i got a brand new MIJ RRT. And its resonant as hell. Sounds simply beautiful. This one is a keeper for life!
