  • That's it... I'm lost! Help Identify! S.O.S.

Ok... just acquired a Jackson guitar, and trying to figure out exactly what it is so I can get proper parts, and upgrade. I know it's a Jackson made in China in 2019. I believe a dinky body though not 100% on that.

It has 24 frets and is a 6 string.

I have found a few other similar looking models, but nothing matches exactly. I'm assuming it's a JS series, but can't tell if it's 12, 22, 32 or something like a 32Q. Then again it could just as easily (from my perspective) be an X, or some other series.

The biggest thing that's throwing me off is the back and the tremolo / bridge. I can't find a single other model like it. If anyone can toss me a little guidance my way that would be great.

    Front Body

    Front Neck

    Rear Body

    Rear Plate (CWJ1948772)

    Tremolo / Bridge

Think that just about covers it. Thanks in advance!

That's a nice-looking guitar. I like the quilt to the wood, along with the shade of blue. It doesn't have a tremolo system, just a tune-o-matic style bridge with a string-thru setup. My JS30RR has that same setup.
    JS20s bass (black)
    JS30RR guitar (metallic blue)
    RR24 guitar (Maul Red Crackle)

    ......and a lot more.

Bass amp - Ashdown Engineering "Perfect 10" mini rig

Thank you thank you... I'm very new to guitar so still fairly ignorant as to guitar nomenclature. You at least gave me a new term to search in trying to identify this thing. So now I can search for a 2019 Jackson guitar with a tune-o-matic style bridge and string-thru setup. Hopefully it brings me closer to figuring out exactly what this is. Many thanks!

You're very welcome. I don't claim to know each and every tiny nuance of guitar lore and/or knowledge; just the things I've picked up or had to learn about from building them. Everything one learns about pretty much everything of interest is useful to some degree.
