Help me identify this guitar (DKMGT but with 3x3 headstock and non-blade switch???)

Came across this guitar but haven't seen one like it configured like this. It's like a cross between a DKMG (piranha inlays) with DXMG (3x3 headstock) and randomly a non-blade type pickup selector. Any ideas?

I've seen those before. Can't remember the model name, but may be an exclusive edition made for Musician's Friend/Guitar Center or similar.
