I find it amazing that the Japan Custom Shop can manage to get photos of progress to their customers, while the purchasers of 30 USA Customs cannot get one single photo from a 5 digit order. [img]/images/graemlins/poke.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/bs.gif[/img]

Arash got his pics.
All he did was email the custom shop and request them.
So, obviously the custom shop will get you progress pics if you request them.

[/ QUOTE ] Easton took those pics, the custom shop has done nil for us as far as sending KEvin photos of the real items. As a matter of fact, they have done nil for us as far as getting us our guitars either.

I agree.
I never received any photos of my custom from the factory even I asked several times through dealers.
Why Arash boy could have his signature guitar pix from them and why can't we?
Maybe it has to be very odd looking guitar to ask for pix like Arash's guitar.

My guess is that Arash's dealer followed up on the request.
I'll also guess that since it was reported that there would be a picture CD with all custom orders, nobody bothered to request pics.
Again, just a guess.
