Anyone else get a delivery today? I just got a call from home saying UPS dropped off a Jackson box. Looks like my DK2le is here since the only other guitar I'm waiting for is my soloist refin at GMW (and I know that's not ready yet). I'll report back once I get home and check this baby out.

I called today to see if he had any left. I couldn't get a stait answer out of him. He said he has two missing that have been missing in transit for two weeks and he didn't plan on seeing them anytime soon. I asked if I could put down a deposit and he said to just call back each day and maybe I would get lucky.

Well mine arrived safe and sound this afternoon. I ended up with #11. No problems with the shipping except KE forgot to send it in the HSC that I paid for. No biggie, I'll just call him tomorrow and straighten it out. Other than that everything is cool. Love the guitar! It's got a nice comfortable neck and it plays well.

Hope the rest of you guys get yours soon!

Man, I was afraid to have mine shipped with out a case, (which is the reason he has shipped mine) and I have a brand new white coffin case here at the house not being used. [img]/images/graemlins/idea2.gif[/img]

Thats's the excuse he gave me about why mine didn't ship out last Wednesday/Thursday since mine are now in Corona. Granted it will sit there for the next 2 weeks, and then KE will get them and it will sit with him for a week, and then he will need another 3 weeks to ship them out. So by my calculations I won't be seeing my DK2LE till Dec 8th. If it's any sooner then it will be a miracle.

When I last spoke to him a week ago he asked if I ordered a case with mine. Remembering from the old deleted thread that he was holding shipments on guitars w/ cases, so I was telling him what I thought was a sure thing since I think I am one of the few that ordered mine without a case.

At this point I don't know why my guitar would still be at the Corona plant unless:

1)my guitar is the salvaged refurbished Jackson that was damaged during shipment (but would he send it back to Corona for re-inspection???)

2) He is assuming any day now the 2 missing guitars will magically turn up or be returned to sender at Corona

3) ***Most likely answer*** Trying to appease me knowing full well the last 2 Jacksons are being assembled in Japan, and it wont be till next spring till I see the guitar.

Man, I am almost afraid to call to hear his answers. I ordered mine with a case and I ordered it very early. If he is waiting for a case for mine, I ain`t seeing it for a while I am afraid, but I will call today at some time. My stomach hurts [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] Jack.

28 BigReds showed up out of 30, then another and we are waiting on one ..so these might be in the same boat with the BigReds .. on a positive note the BigReds that have been received by people look great ..

I see I was not the only one with this idea. I got a white coffin case for mine also. It should be a very cool match with this guitar.
