Well it seems the tracking # I waited for all this time from Kevin is bogus. I called him twice yesterday and no Fed Ex pickups at that time so he told me he'd call me around 6pm his time, and surprisingly enough he did. He gave me tha tracking # and I asked if it was a Fed Ex tracking # (just to make sure) and he said yes. Then I read the # back to him to make sure he didn't screw the # up or read it wrong or whatever (with this guy you have to think of every possible scenario in which he would screw up to cover your azz). I checked the # 5 times since I recieved it and no luck.

This isn't the warm fuzzy feeling when I know a package is arriving safely, this is more like a bleeding ulcer about to erupt. If this was an Ebay transaction he'd be getting negative feedback for sure! I can't imagine he can stay in business if he treats all of his customers like this. Maybe he had it in for the DK2LE project all along?

No, I didn't mean the #, I meant how many have been received. So far I see #'s 01, 06, 07, 09, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17 and 18 have been received. That's 10 guitars. Sorry if I confused ya bro! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Behold the BS

This keeps getting more and more ridiculous every day. When you know someone is lying is it better for them to keep digging a deeper and deeper hole for themselves, or to call them on it? My patience has run it's course and I am ready to unload.

KE insists Fed Ex picked up the guitar 2 days ago, Fed Ex says that cannot be true as it would have been scanned that day and wait till you see this:

According to Fed Ex anyone can print out a tracking number by filling out a label, just by going on their website. And this seems to be the case here.

When I told him the situation today, he sounded pissed and a little nervous like I was on to him. He says he will get to the bottom of this, and for some strange reason I have my doubts. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Here's my 2 cents (theory...absolutely no basis in fact)

I probably have your guitar.

KE probably isn't aware of my recent posts about my free DK2LE, and his records are in too much of a shambles for him to trace what happened, and he's using the fedex decoy as a delay tactic to stall and try to figure out what the hell happened.

That's my theory at least.

I doubt it's mine as there are plenty other that are still waiting for theirs. For all this trouble KE should give you a free guitar.
