KMaynard, where did you find that shipping info? Are the numbers corresponding to the serial # of the guitar or just order in which it was sent? Mine wouldn't be in that list anyways as those list UPS deliveries, and mine is Fed Ex

SeventhSon, if in fact KE cancelled your order as you requested, then you have someone elses guitar by mistake. If and when we find out who the rightful owner of that guitar is, then I feel KE owes them at least a 50% refund + reimbursement to you for the shipping costs to get it to the rightful owner. The 50% refund is because now "that" person is receiving a "Used" instrument instead of a brand new one. (unless of course you wipe all your fingerprints off of it and re-polish the frets [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img])

So who else is still waiting for their DK2LE?

KE was "supposed" to call me to let me know what happened, but he apparantly forgot, or had more important customers than myself.

I decided to call him rather late but just got his answering machine. By the time KE gets back in on Tuesday, it will have been later than the 2nd expected delivery date of Nov. 1st (original ship out date was set at Oct. 21st), and that will be basically him acknowledging that there is a problem.

I'm still waiting on mine. I e-mailed Kevin, but no response - didn't really expect one yet since he says it takes him long to reply to e-mails. I'll be calling him sometime next week (probably Tuesday) to check for sure.

Don't send e-mail to him.
He will not answer your mails.
I waited for his reply by e-mail and never came.
I even sent 2 fax massages and he didn't receive it.
I finaly decided to call him on Saturday and it took 5mins to straight things up with him.
That easy.
