I am running through a Triple X with Boss 5 band EQ and without distortion it is a little Bright but very clean.....

Now if you're worried about playing "clean" why in the fukk would you buy a 1 hum guitar with an EMG??? The DK2LE is a one trick pony (SHRED) and it does that trick very well. The beauty of this axe is that it sounds nasty but looks clean. (wow, that is also my favorite kind of women!)

I always play clean on the bridge pickup and have always gotten a nice clean sound out of passive pups. One hums appeal to me because I rarely use neck pickups since they sound muddy to me.

You could always change the EMG 81 out, but I don`t reccomend it for clean. Jack.

My RG560 was equipped with an EMG-81 in the bridge and I mostly used that guitar as my "Stratty" guitar. That guitar has such pristine cleans that it was unreal.

You should contact KEvin by phone.I waited to receive my tracking # and never came even he promised to sende by e-mail.
So I called him again and I finally got my tracking # by phone today and it shows teh guitar was shipped yesterday.

I'm in Atlanta. I talked to KE on Tuesday and he had my e-mail addy and promised he'd send the guitar out Wednesday and would send a tracking number. Now dinkyjacksonman is saying that his didn't ship until Thursday when KE told me the last shipment would be Wednesday. I'm not sure if he's open on Saturdays, but I might try to follow-up sometime later today.
