Well with the dk2le in now we can start thinking about options for LE #2. I've seen some very good ideas in previous threads and would like get them all in one place.
Some that I remember:
-A themed run. Another body style but otherwise the same as the dk2le.
-24 fret Rhoads. I have heard through the grape vine that Jackson may add a 24 fret production import to the line, so it should be possible if this is true.
-Kellystar. This will be very tough to pull off as it is not a standard production guitar right now, but we will try.
Also, we have -a lot- of finish options. Some may get expensive so it has to be reasonable but there are still a lot of finishes that would make the guitar truely unique. I'm also trying to find out what inlay options we might have.
And lastly, general price range. This has nothing to do with prices that have been discussed with a dealer, but I'd like to get a ballpark on what most of us would be willing to pay for a custom import. It'll probably all hinge on this for us to get the numbers we need, so it's important.

-400-500?
-500-600?
-600-700?
I know it probably all depends, and we would try to keep it as cheap as possible, but with the price increases and the nature of a somewhat custom guitar it is very difficult to keep the price down. I'd be willing to do the 600-700 range if I liked the guitar.
So, any other ideas?
