It could well be though that the "winning" idea that most people seem to like will cost in the upper end of that price range. So at that point would people still be willing to cough up over 500?
For instance the white pin striped Rhoads that someone posted, maple neck and black fins. Lets say most everyone loves it. What if the price (hypothetically), is right around $600? Or more toward $700? Could we still get 24+ people?

I am just saying that it might be harder to reach that point with a price bracket that's initially higher to begin with. If, as you suggested, people already agree on the features, then I don't see any problem getting them to cough up more cash [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
