PS4 Made in where?

Hey..i'm about to get a ps4 jackson for 300$ second hand.

The problem is,i don't know what the country the ps4 if made in.

The sources(harmoney central) on web says it's made in japan but the owner i'm about to get it from,said he thinks its MADE IN CHINA,but not sure about it.

one of my friends who owns a PS4 said he thinks(too) that he got a MADE IN CHINA sticker from his.

I'm afraid about the quality,of a none made japan\usa Jackson guitar..

Where are you located? $300 is a lot for a PS4.

Yes, that is a lot. I just paid $200 for a mint one with hard case. I dont think any were made in china. I think most were made in japan and maybe some (newer) were made in korea. I think the korea ones had a made in korea sticker on them, maybe behind the neck at the base or on the back of the headstock. A very nice guitar but I think 300 is a bit much. Someone in the classifieds is selling a blue charvel model for $200. It looks pretty mint. You should check it out in the classified section.

The thing is that,Here,they stop selling PS4 from some reason,the guy who's selling the PS4 ,bought it for 866 bucks ,new in store..

You see,my friend thought he had a sticker said its made in china,this guy who's selling,says he thinks it's made in china..

so the other way,IT'S WORTHY?
I mean,even if the piece is made in china..?


By the way,i got another offer for Jackson js30 dinkey Made in japan for the same amount of money,second hand..
but from what i understand,the PS4 is better..

I prefer a Japanese JS30 over a Chinese PS4. On both cases you can swap the trem and pickups and you'd get an amazing guitar.

Where are you located? In the U.S.? Im guessing no because if you are, there are lots of better deals out there that shouldnt be that hard to find.

No Chinese PS4s, just Korean and Japanese, unless they made some there for the non-US market. They made the Charvel CX Strat copy series in China though, so I guess anything's possible.

The original Performer guitars were made in Korea but quality control issues made Jackson move them to Japan. The Japanese guitars with have a serial number starting with a "9", the Korean with a "1" or "0", can't remember which.

Yay, mine starts with a 9, hmm, the seller said it was korean made though. Any other ways to tell?

I believe the Japan ones also have the 12th and 24th fret dots very close together on the fingerboard.

Ah, but this guitar has the little offset dots towards the low e side of the neck, No dots down the center.

I think Mr Crowe has it. The Japanese imports serial numbers usually start a 9, the Indian stuuf being made currebntly starts with a 10, so going by the < stretch > I reckong a Korean Performer probably has a serial number starting with a 10.

Also, I was looking at a PS2 recently and I'm pretty much certain the serial number started with a 9, in fact I am certain as I was looking at a PS1 at the same time which started 10 and I know it's Korean.

Thats what mine is like. Mine was made in Japan( also has the serial # starting with "9" )
