KV4 info

dose any one know what year the jackson KV4 was made and how many of them were made? I bought a Trans red off ebay in excelent conditon for 400USD(a wing had a paint chip on it). my serial is 002117. if anyone can help me out i would be happy. i also have pics, e-mail me if u wanna see em, any KV4 Owner/fan would love what ive done to it(hopefuly).

Ron, I think it's just the lighting or the camera.

Sanchez, what's the extra knob for? Get a black trem for it too! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] Couldn't you take any pics of the headstock or back?

Well I suppose it depends on if it's stock. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Mine had no hardware on it when I got it, no pickups, bridge, tuners, knobs, etc.

I got a nice set of Jackson logoed Gotoh tuners, and it's got a scruffy old Floyd on it right now, and two junky pickups I had laying around. I will be putting a nice Schaller Floyd on it soon, and for pickups, a Dimebucker in the bridge, and maybe a JB in the neck.

My KV4 is trans red. its my cammera witch really is not a digatal cammera but a panasonic camcorder with a built in photo cammera. the extral knob is a volume pot, i rarely use the neck pick up so i decided to put in another volume pot that way i can have it down all the way and use my toggle for a kill switch. I do wanna get all black hardwear but money is tight will all my bills and other carp i have to deal with.if u really wanna see other pics i can get em, up on my photo album (just ask). as far specs go here, same as mine but the color and ive redone all eletrical stuff (CTS pots, Switchcraft 3 way toggle and input jack)
