We spec'd the neck off of my '67 V, and you're right, he was replacing an old Gibson V when he came over to Jackson. These guitars play/sound incredible. Kevin signed up for the JCF, so don't be surprised if he chimes in to give you the low down.

So is his sig guitar is short scale to have that Gibson feel? A short scale Rhoads would be a really cool addition to the Jackson line.

A 24 fret neck-thru Rhoads? FINALLY! =)
I'm not crazy about the Gibson style stopbar, but I can live with that when it even has binding and painted bevels. Short scale would definitely be a plus with me. I may just buy two and have one of them routed for a Floyd. =)
