The WRMG does have a battery compartment. I had a WRMG body (and a PS-4 neck) without any electronics. I wound up putting in a DiMarzio X2N and Super 2 with a super five-way switch, Original Floyd, volume, tone, used the third control for a Chandler mid-boost/wah circuit and the battery compartment came in handy since it was pretty crowded in the cavity with all the wiring. It was a very cool guitar... then I sold the body and Floyd to Newc for his "Halford Stud" creation. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
