Just received my Rhoads Legend from Guitar Express

Received #13 out of 24. Paint job is flawless and the frets appear to be level. No burs or protruding fret ends. Very high quality. Neck is very thin, almost like an Ibanez Wizard neck. EMG81 pickup that is very hot. Overall, a very nice first Jackson. I've been playing for over 20 years, and have always wanted a Jackson Rhoads with this setup, but never had the custom shop bucks. I can't believe that GuitarXpress was able to offer these guitars so cheap.

I also got a little more info about this guitar. Basically, it's an RX10D with a custom pickup, bridge and finish. The EMG 81 sounds killer.

Very nice indeed. I too asked Lloyd for #13, but he couldn't guarantee that. Wound up with #10. Still cool. I ordered an invory EMG to pop into it. Gonna try ans "trick" this sucka out.

Will post picks once the pup is in it.
