active Seymour Dunkan pickups for my DKMG

Hello everyone. I want to install Seymour Dunkan life wire heavy metal(LW HMET) pickups set instead of my passive emg hz to make the guitar sound more agressive. What do you think, how the guitar will behave?( the body-alder, the neck-rock maple). And I want to hear from someone who has already used active Seymour Dunkan pickups. I used to have a sweet Charvel Model A with dual Livewires. I sold it to another forum member (Van Osbourne). I remember them being one of, if not the most, aggressive pickup I had ever played. If that is what you are looking of rthen they are your kind of pickup. You really have to do a lot of tweaking to get a good clean tone from them but for Metal, they are brutal.
