From that angle I can actually live with the volume knob

But that´s a fucked up green colour!

Hey there !

Thanks to Scott (who, by the way, rules, haha) I just got mine.
I have yet to plug it in but for now it's all good. A little surprised by the weight... the thing is so light it could be a plastic toy...

Off to shred

Re: Kevin Bond Rhoads Models: First Look at Them

eehhh, i like the red one better. the green reminds me of kawasaki dirt bikes. the volume knob wouldn't bother me either.

Re: Kevin Bond Rhoads Models: First Look at Them

That green doesn't do it for me - I was expecting a darker shade (more like the pinstripes on Spitz's TMNT guitar).
Personally, as the inlays are inset discs rather than 'proper' inlay work, I think they should have been left off altogether, but I guess they are the visual hook for that guitar....

And if you actually look at the pics you just posted, you´ll see Made in Japan stickers on the back of the neck

Or reading this thread should also have more than enough info

I just noticed that they got up some prices. 1025€ on Thomann, that's not a bad price is it?

Ok guys, I have a bunch more pics of the Neon Green Bevel Bond plastered on my site:
http://vwallguitars.com/Jackson_Kevin_Bond_Rhoads.html

These are the Green one and SADLY, I was misinformed on the inlays. My apologies.
I wish they would have been anything other than the Pentagram on the green ones.

Enjoy the pics.
I only have 2 Green Bevel Bonds left available at this time.

Ah damn I was hoping for a darker green as well...Still cool axes, and I like the volume knob....Seems like most people would complain either way...Before this everyone bitched that the knob was too close to the pickups and got in the way...
