Got my COW DK6!!!!!

Came in today and man this is a fabulous guitar. It is indeed very light for mahogany and the body is thin. Painted neck and the ebony is so dark it *almost* blends with the paint. Sounds great and looks great. Zero flaws. Perfect fretwork, perfect finish. I couldn't find anything amiss. Exceptional workmanship and quality. Feels USA good.

How is the neck heel? How thin is the body compared to a normal archtop Dinky? (DKMGT for example)

The neck heel is a recessed cutaway like other models. I really prefer painted necks, I think it looks and feels better.The ebony *nearly* matches the paint. It is uniformly Vader black! The neck is thin, but not flimsy kinda thin. the body is comparably thin to a DKMGT. Very similar. The quality is OUTSTANDING. Like I said, USA feel. It's my dream guitar, or as close as I'll ever get.Two years ago I did a custom shop quote for a nearly identical guitar and it was near 3K.
