Pics of the new CoW Models!!!

Juest wanted to dedicated a repliable thread
to the new models.
The same as the Kevin Bond Models, these Shristian Olde Wolbers models
also have the signature on the truss rod cover and back of the headstock...

Heres a few pics of these new bad boys!
You'll noticethat the Camo models are not screened but actually airbrushed as I was told from Jackson.
You can see how they slightly differentiate in pattern thickness of the camo.

They feel and look great as well!

I like 'em, but painted bolt-on necks have always bothered me, for some reason. Which is silly, I guess, considering that my guitar of choice is a painted neck-thru.

If these were neckthru, I'd be considering ways I could sell off family members, pets, and unneeded body parts in order to get them... [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Very nice looking guitars. I know a lot of people have rubbished that camo pattern, but I like it. Makes me think of ice cream. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Indeed there are white fret side dot markers on all these models.

I have to agree about painted bolt on neck guitars, they just bother me. I the reason is, that back in the day the only painted neck bolt on guitars I saw were the under $200 no name (off brand) models that you can find @ Media Play.

Swap the neck for a DXMG or DK2 neck & I could like the Camo model (would prefer dif finish though).

i really like the black dk7, i'll probably get one in the not too distant future. not too keen on the camo finish, is anyone really gonna pay a few hundred dollars extra for it?

I agree. That "camo" is the ugliest I've ever seen. I'm kinda wondering why they didn't go with any existing camo, such as US Desert...but who knows - maybe it's Christian's design?
