What is the difference between.....

HI, I am a relative newbie here and have a question.

I am interested in a strung-thru guitar. So what are some of the differences between the DKMGT Dinky, and the SLSMG Soloist? They look similar, but i know that is just looks. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

DKMGT is a bolt on, and the SLSMG is a neckthru and it has a different headstock.

DKMGT - Alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard.

SLSMG - Very slim mahogany body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard.

Soloist = neck-thru.

are you sure about the ebony board? I thought it was rosewood?

SLSMG is for sure ebony. They are the best current import Jackson IMO
