And that pickup is very Rockin' & Rollin' ! Can even play blues (with a quite aggressive edge to it though [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]) when lowering the volume using the knob...
I love it !
The only thing "bothering" me is the weight of that axe... SOOOO light... You can't feel it like you feel a RR1.

I agree that you have more control using fine tuners, but it just seems pointless to me.

That is cool, congrats and welcome to the forum!

These are really starting to interest me, for a few reasons:
1. I'm itching for a pointy.
2. The red is cool but it would be green for me.
3. It's got a good pup in already.
4. Ebony board with jumbo frets and binding.
5. The fine-tuner tailpiece. I have a model6 w/kahler that I don't lock and I use the fine tuners all the time.
6. Location of the volume knob - out of the way!
7. Neck-thru

Well damn, that's a lot of good points. Now I just gotta convince the wife -lol.
