...is a Jackson SLSMG Eeerie Dess Swirl!
I actually had never stepped foot in a GC until 3 months ago before the Vai concert in Cincinnati. I had read that they did a special run of the EDS SLSMG's and wanted to see if they had one and they did. It was way up high and looked really good. I've heard horror stories of some poor guitars hanging in GC's but this one looked untouched. Well, I had to go see Vai so we were in a rush. I've talked to HuntinDoug a few times about the guitar and he even liked it and wanted to get it and told me that it was still there. So, this Monday I drive down to pick it up and I can't find it anywhere. I gave up hope and was ready to leave when I saw it kind of hiding in a corner down on the floor across from a counter. So, yeah they are really blowing these guitars out, very good deal! I've played it only a couple times through my XT Live, but it really plays very nice.

I just wish they'd put the standard headstock on those. Never liked the one on the SLS. =P

I originally didn't like these headstocks either, but I have to say it has been growing on me lately. And, now that I have one, I like it even better.

very nice, i love that finish too! i just wish it had a 6 in line reverse headstock, then i'd be all over it! either way it's still a great looking guitar! enjoy it!

Love SLSMG's! That finish rocks. I like the headstock and I think they work better with string-thru guitars because of the staight string pull rather than the angles on a regular Jackson headstock.
