Pro-Fushion, what would you say the quality is on the Soloist XL Pro, I never played any other soloists other then the one I own, and it is a sweet guitar, compared to the other guitars from other manufacturers that I have played.

I've not seen very many Soloist XL's, so I can't say specifically for that model, but in general, the build quality on the early '90s import Jacksons was top-notch. Pretty much as good as the USA guitars in that respect.
The only thing that sucked was that after '92 or so, they started putting the crapass JT-580 trem on more and more of the line. Those are made by Takeuchi and they totally suck--same exact trem that all the cheapy Korean guitars have now. Does yours have the better Schaller trem on it? You can tell if it does--it will say "Made in Germany by Schaller" in small print near the arm if it is. Otherwise, it's a JT-580. I know the Soloist Stds. had the JT-580, but I'm not sure about the XL. The high-end Soloist Pro always had the Schaller.
Apart from that, I have found that the Japanese models from that era have more variation in sound quality than the USAs do, even though they all play well. I don't think the Japanese shop was as picky about which pieces of wood they used. I had a Charvel 650xl awhile back (very very similar to your guitar), and it played incredibly well, but it was a real toneless brick, since the wood didn't seem very resonant.
By the way, to avoid confusion, you might want to call yours a "Soloist XL" rather than "Soloist Pro XL", as the Soloist Pro was a distinct model from the XL, and it can get confusing.
I would put the stock pups back in if you still have them. Upgraded pups don't always help your selling price, and considering it would cost you about $250 to buy the EMG's again...
