Yep pott - you corrupted me LOL!

Since getting the DK-2 in February, I got a black Kelly (damaged in shipping), took the Fusion Professional ebony MOP neck off and hooked it up to a pearl red Charvel Fusion Deluxe Body, bought a white 1992 RR1 off of siggy which I love, bought a stock blue Charvel Fusion Deluxe, and now this. My wife is about ready to shoot me, but this is chicken feed compared to what I used to spend on Gibby's.

Would it be bad to put that DK-1 neck on this guitar? I really like the look of the ebony and MOP on a black Kelly body.

Can you give me half your income? I need to be fed money for my Jackson/Charvel GAS.
I'm bad though, I'm getting my second one Tuesday (model 1a) and I've been playing for...6 months.
I think it'd make it look better. I don't see how it can not work. Try it out and see what it gives!

Did this come with a case. I scored my black ke3 about 2 months ago for a similar price with the case and all. Nice guitar. I think youve got the DD detonators in there like mine. I was gonna add the tone control and swap out the neck pickup to make it more versatile but never got around to it. Mine doesnt come out to play much as its hard to "hide" this one on the guitar rack so the wifey thinks Ive always had it. And the kids are a bunch of tattle tales too. I cant wait for school to start again. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Great score!!

No case unfortunately. I've sent the seller plenty of input about that last Kelly I bought - horrible packing and a chuck of the upper wing knocked out of it.

Hopefully this one arrives safely.

Right, I remember that thread now. I think theres actually a guy on ebay selling Kelly cases brand new. They might be kelly star cases but I think it might fit both. I know my kelly case is huge.

Kelly Star case has the rear pad to fit the KS, so a KE won't fit.
