Different Locking Nuts for ReverseHeadStockforDXMG

i people, i wanted to ask if there are locking nut specially for reverse neck Jackson Necks? I purchased 2 locking nuts to replace my DXMG orginal locking nut nut for some reason the holes which let u screw the locking unt on to the neck are not really on the middle but are slightly aligned to the right of the neck .... IS this a factory problem?
