Haven't really decided on a refin scheme - never saw a Stryper KV [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
But then youngguitarist's idea of yellow with black & yellow flames is currently being considered [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

I am wondering about the head, though - it's shorter than any other Jackson I've seen. Check the distance from the nut to the first tuner (and where the top of the head is behind the first tuner). Is that normal?

Now imagine the same pics but with a creme/black Duncan Distortion in the bridge and a Duncan Custom in the neck [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] I just got done swapping the pickups and adding a Jackson Special 5-way switch [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
Now this thing sounds SUPAH-SWEET! [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

Yes that's a fixed Kahler (3310) - same as Mustaine used.

I'm wanting to do a refin because:
-it's got a few bumps and bruises, especially on the tips
-there's a fairly large gash on the back to the wood
-I'm not a black-on-black kinda guy
-this picture came out sooooooo great [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]


I might have a Floyd added (non recessed) or I might go with stopbar/tunamatic [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
