ID this gat

Found this guitar for sale locally, But have no idea what its worth etc. Supposedly DX or EX series. h/s/h, regular sharkfins, carved top (thats the same as archtop isn't it?), regular hs, floyd rose of some sort I think.

Don't know anything about it being part of the "DX or EX" series. That's the old nomenclature from the early to mid-90s and these came out around 00/01. But there's a lot of misinformation out there so maybe the seller got confused.

That would be an ATX. Quite a nice guitar. Real maple cap, JT580 Jackson-licensed Floyd, nice neck, part of the Professional series.

Not available in the US, so most folks here won't know much about them. They retailed for about AU$1695, IIRC, so that price is pretty good. They reviewed well in the local press when they came out a couple of years ago. Australian Guitar gave them a glowing write-up. Here's a review from Australian Musician Magazine
