• Question About My King V

Answer these questions, and I'm sure we will be able to identify your King V:
1. How many, and what kind of pickups?
2. Dot inlays or sharkfins?
3. Bolt on or neck-thru?
4. Does it say Professional or Performer on it's headstock?
5. What knob(volume, tone) configuration?
6. What woods are used?
7. Is the fingerboard bound?

That's all I can think off right now

Ron, you could have just told him that there was no Performer version of the King V. Blinded by your shot at proofreading glory once again?

Re: Question About My King V

Well, it's a King V Standard (tres common on eBay), made in 1994 in Japan. I actually don't like their looks (no sharkfin inlays). How much did you pay for it?

Question About My King V

Hey all i got a used Jackson King V.

I love this guitar and i'm wondering how i can tell how old it is and where its from?

serial number is 9400250

does the 94 stand for 1994?

Its dinged up, both V corner have wood exposed, and there are some dings on the body.

It still plays nice and is worth the money i spent on it compared to my friends new Ibanez Warrior that he paid 250 bucks for.

Getting away from spellcheckery and flaming, let's go back to the original post and ask:

Your friend has a new Ibanez Warrior?
God, I truly hope Ibenhad is not selling Warrior copies in other countries
