  • Fusion? Import? USA? Weird jack? HELP!

Okay, so I came across an odd bird today. It had a smaller body with an odd input jack -- through the front of the body, just below the bridge. Kind of looks like a mini tunnel entrance or something. S-S-H configuration. Can't remember if it was a true Floyd or a licensed version.

The head said Jackson, the truss cover said Fusion...

I don't remember what was on the neckplate, unfortunately. That would probably help. In the meantime, does anybody have any info they could pass on? Thanks!

Holy crap...maybe you're right. Maybe it did say Stealth.

Sorry. I'm still riding my Nyquil buzz.

Yeah if it had that Ibanez Sabre style jack than it is definitely a Stealth...

Stealth's also had really thing bodies compared to the rest of the import line, like the SLSMG today, which I have seen referred to as a Stealth Soloist on a few sites...

I think there was a USA Stealth, for a very brief period of time--there was a Stealth Professional model with ebony fretboard, etc., so I would assume there was also a corresponding USA model. I've never seen one come up on eBay, though.

            Either way, cool guitar.
