My favourite bridge pickup is the Duncan Distortion.
Pure aggression and balls.

Keep in mind you don't want a high-gain pickup in the bridge with a high-gain amp - you'll get nothing but white noise from your amp due to oversaturation.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

My favorite distortion sounds have all been created with low output pickups + high-gain amps.
(Or moderate output pickups with moderate gain amps.)
Best combination of clarity, sweetness, and balls IMHO [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
Of course, this type of sound may not necessarily suit your style of playing...

My 92 fusion H-H(MAH) has a JB(n) and duncan distortion(b).Its got some big tone.Going to install an rsguitarworks pot upgrade kit this weekend.Have been toying with the idea of putting in a set of WCR Darkbursts.I love hand made pickups.Really? well screw Mark Twain.
