That came with a JT500 double locking trem. Sorry, couldn't find a good pic

does the jt500 have insert blades? i have a newer jt 500 and it doesnt

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean by "insert blades". If you're talking about the string locks at the bridge, then you probably have a single locking JT500. The double locking version does have the string locks, although if you use the trem a lot, you may want to consider upgrading to a better trem IMO.
