problem with pickguard on RR5

the pickguard on the RR5 that im buying looks like it grew in length since it was put on the guitar. the middle of the thing is elevated from the body. plus it is cheap plastic anyways. is there any place that sells these things? it seems like jackson parts shops are impossible to find

also, i would like to get one of those gold, RR truss rod cover plates to get on the headstock.
