Re: The New Guitar

It is true. These guitars balance perfectly. They are also extremely light. I have thrashed out on it on a few ocasions now but I am paranoid of clipping the end and chipping it so I don't go too crazy!!

About that lightness... How come I don't experience them as being so light? Mine is heavier than my DXMG (alder). I think it feels... errr normal? It is a RR so it's not a big guitar.

Hahaha! The couch and love seat were freebee's from my brother. This guitar is alot lighter than my Rhoads Pro. The only thing that I noticed is that when I play through the POD XT with headpnones I don't like the pickup that much. Live through the 4-12 cabs is not too bad. I will most likely put a EMG-81 in it.

What about the neck, is it a lot thicker that RR pro?
I am having second thoughts about this gibson neck

That green stripe really makes it stand out. Is the back striped as well?

Re: The New Guitar

I will have to take them both out and compare them. I don't think the neck is much thicker. The Back of the guitar has green bevels too. I think that the green is awesome and it definately stands out. Pics don't do the actual brightness of the green any justice.

I don't really care for the inlays, but that is one sweet looking guitar! Congrats

What about the one that has been on e-bay three times. It is the same one I have and it sounds like it is mint. Not one bid on it. The starting bid was around 850 US if I remember right. That is with the hardshell case also. How low would it have to be before anyone would bite??
