Re: What\'s my Doug Aldrich Model worth?
I apologize too...it was never my intention to break any rules. All I wanted to do was get an idea of what my guitar might be worth, and I greatly appreciate those who gave me some good advice about what I should do if I decided to part with it. Furthermore, I would like to make it clear that, as of now, this guitar is not for sale.
With that said...based on what is in some of the other posts, it's definitely not a prototype - it's just a regular old production model. I'm a little upset that the guy who sold it to me lied, but there's nothing that can be done except to boycott the place. In any event, I want to say thanks to everyone that helped me track down the truth about my guitar!
Someone mentioned that the neck is fatter than a traditional Jackson...are there any other Jackson models that have a similar neck? (I'd love to find another guitar that plays the same as this one only with a different pickup configuration.)
