Just purchased my first Jackson

I won an auction on Ebay for a red Performer Rhoads with tun-o-matic bridge and string thru body. I paid $200.00 for it. It has some minor dings on the tips, but I'm going to refinish it white w/ black bevels. Did I pay too much?
