After a 4 1/2 month-long wait, one fucked up order and a significant amount of pulled out hair I finally took heart and ordered this guitar from ebay (copy and paste the links):

I'm damn happy that I finally got it, as I placed my first order for one at the beginning of September 2005!
The one I got now has been the last one floating around the german bay. Two weeks ago I decided to snatch it after I got told that Fender Europe still hasn't got any DK6s in stock, and also hasn't ordered any so far.
The guitar is flawless and plays great. The neck was a surprise, it is much thicker than the neck on my other jacksons. But it does feel nice, especially with the ebony board. Fretwork is superb (it was already set up very well out of the box).
Sounds great unplugged, but I don't like the EMG-81. Well I knew that before, so today I'll bring it to my local store to get a Duncan Distortion installed, as well as straplocks. I'll also have them set it up with 0.013s tuned to B.
