They were made for the Gear fair in Japan couple months ago.
Same spec guitars Jackson made for the Namm a year ago.
They also made some Charvel painted by Dan too.
All of the USA made Jackson Stars at the Ikebe site were display models for the Gakki Fair in Yokohama, which was held last November. I remember seeing the Korina RR hanging at the Jackson Stars booth when I went.
I know that another case in which a Jackson Stars can be made in the USA is if you order a Jackson Custom Shop guitar here in Japan.
If you order from a dealer/shop and the order goes through Jackson Stars, then they have to put the "Stars" on the headstock, due to a trademark issue.
There are some Made in USA Jackson Stars and Grover Jacksons over at the www.jacksonguitar.org (Japanese site) gallery, too.
