EMG 81, but if that means a separate battery route like the C.O.W. has, then I'd go with one of the passive choices. I understand the reason for the route on the C.O.W., but I still don't like it.

BTW, I like this thread.......I'm guessing a single hum non-KB Rhoads is at least a strong consideration as an import model at this point? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I like the EMG 81 a lot, but I voted for the Dimebucker. It suits the Rhoads to a tee. I have one in my RR1, and it sounds killer.

Im going with the Dime as well... for the simple fact that if Im using a 1 hum gutiar, its probably for playing something thats balls-to-the-walls. So Id use a Dime for it. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Actually, I'd vote for anything passive.

i voted JB. When you only have one pickup you'll want it to be pretty versatile. The JB can do that, the others i would choose if i would only play heavily saturated gain stuff.
