  • Jackson Fusion S What size Whammy Bar?

The whammy bar was missing on the Jackson Fusion Pro S that I got recently and there's a place here in the UK that sells a 5mm push in whammy bar or a 6mm one. Does anyone know what size this guitar needs?
    Thanks
    Tony

I read this the other day & the question confused me because to the best of my knowlege Fusion Pros came with Schaller JT-590 trems. These take an arm with a threaded collar, not a push-in arm. If it's the original JT-590 trem, Allparts carries a replacement arm that is actually made by Schaller that will fit. Is it a Jackson-logoed trem with a socket for a push-in arm? The only one I know of is the JT-6, which was used in '87 - '88, before Fusions were produced.

My 92 fusion H-H pro has the JT590 LP and it uses a threaded trem arm not the collarded type or push in type.
          Really? well screw Mark Twain.

I think it takes a import 6mm screw on whammy bar, that fits import & regular floyds, not the smaller kahler/fender 10/32 bar, I bought one here recently on eBay............but look closely in strong light for threads.........

OK guys, it's got made in Japan Takeuchi (not sure on that spelling) written on the block and here's some photo's I've just taken. There is also a screw + spring in the block (springs end).

Ive got one of those. A regular floyd collared bar fits right in but isnt stiff and could possibly fall out. I dont have the correct bar for mine either.
