Awesome guitar, of course! Plays as good as it looks. The new trem feels good, though I've never had a problem with the old 580 trem. Jackson really hit this one out of the park!! I got the guitar last week, but I've been in the process of moving, and also wanted to wait until the "newness" wore off a bit so that I would be willing to point out flaws. Thanks for the kind words! This guitar really is awesome.

The neck feels different than the neck I had on a previous CS DK2. This one feels just a tad thicker and wider. My recall could just be messed up though, but I got rid of that DK2 and kept my DXMG for that very reason. This one is a keeper though.

As far as the first JCFer with a DK2M? I don't know....but thanks Matt at onlinestagegear.com.
