well these Everly 10-42 rocker strings I got just suck. I hate them. They buzz, they sound aweful, they feel aweful, they got to get out. I'm gong back to 9-42. I like thin strings. I like how fast they they are. I used them all my life and trying to change to heavier strings isn't working out for me. I don't think the thicker strings sound any better. I had Dean markley 10-42's and I didn't think they sounded that great. They where nice , alot better then these damn Rockers. I knew I shouldn't have took em. I wanted to try but something told me I was making a mistake.

Yes they are out and Fenders are back in. I love it I picked up the Fender Super Bullets 250's 9-42's on my SL3 and man let me tell you, they are perfect. They sound great. Pure clean Fender tone. I love it. Strings make a hge difference in your overall tone and how you feel about playing. I didn't want to play my Guitar with the Rockers on there. Honestly to me they Suck ass. I don't like saying things like that about any product as they have a home somewhere, but not here. They are the worse strings I ever owned. I'll never have them again. I'd rather not play then have them on my Jackson.

But I also picked up another pair of Ernie Ball Super Slinkys 9-42's just to compare the 2. The ones I like better will be what I buy and I'm done with strings for awhile.

Thanks guys for all the suggestions

I've been using GHS Boomer Custom Lites 9-46 for most of my guitar playing existance, but it's getting to be a pain finding a good deal on these, so I must decide 9-42 or 10-46 (or both?).
