Nice man, I've had mine for awhile now and I really like the beefier neck.

See I don't see what you mean about the beefier neck...it's a thin neck. Thinner than my soloist. Thinner than the DK1 I had before.

I guess mines different. A thin neck to me would be like my model 2, I just measured around the 12th fret on both and the dk2m was a 1/4 of an inch bigger.

Just checked the dk2m against my LP and it was the same. I would call that beefy for a dk2.

Mine is almost wizard thin, or at least it feels that way to me. It's definately thinner than the soloists, maybe around what my PRS is (wide thin) even though it's a different shape, and it's thinner than my strat which has a thin neck.

I've not played enough pauls to know if they have some thin necked ones, but I'd say this is thinner than the pauls I've played.

If it is thinner than your strat then we have different necks!

This guitar is like the White Magnum ice lolly. I'm sure people buy more than one each, greedy bastards.

I'll bet this is currently the best-selling import.

deneb, how would you consider the quality of the fretwork on that thing? Compared to what you had before/have now Soloist, DK1 and so on...?

The black sharkies are plastic, right? (no prob if they are, i'd just like to know).

I was lazy on the sharkie question, found it myself:
