  • Where to buy import Jackson Spare parts?

Hi guys, just wanted to as do you know where on the net, i can order spare parts for an import Jackson guitar? I want to get a new locking nut for my DXMG. It is a 2001 model. I some how mess it up. It is not locking on to the strings. The 3 screws are not going in and not having any grip (The tension when you screw in a screw).

A local guitar shop should hook you up. If that fails, ebay may be your best bet. Also try allparts.com and stewmac.com but I don't know if they ship internationally. Good luck!

Hi thanks for the reply guys but, if i remember their are different sizes for a looking nut.

Also i was thinking of getting a new floyd rose for my DXMG because it does not stay in tune if i dive or pull up and also if i dive bomb i get this crack sound .... i think the pivot or something of the tremelo is cracked or something....

          Any tech info on this?

              Here's another one: http://www.guitarpartsresource.com/guitar_index.htm

They also sell the Jackson straps and picks seen in the 2005 price list but apparently nowhere else on earth.

THanks for the link ewright ... shame they don't have an R3 locking nut ..

Actually does any one know what kind of size is the locking nut on the DXMG?

I might be wrong on reading it is R3 as there are other numbers embeeded in the locking nut

Just to let you know, Viva, your DXMG was made in India....I don't know if that makes a dif w/ the nut, your ser# should start w/ a zero. 2002 to current they are made in Japan and ser# starts with 96 or 97.
