Yes. It's more even that way.

Yeah sure but it's pretty hard to get an accurate measure without proper tools. I measured nut > 4th fret with a digital caliper and I got 133,64mm. It should be 133,6mm. Guess it can't be the nut that's fucking it up?

If that were the case, all guitars will have perfect pitch regardless of bridge/saddle location.
Unless the action on your guitar is extremely high, there should be liitle difference between 12th fretted and 12th harmonic.
Yeah, it would be slightly different if you hit your harmonic precisely over the 12 fret, but most people tend to move slightly up or down on the string to get the fullest, loudest harmonic without even thinking about it. Besides, checking intonation that way is only adjusting the difference between bridge and nut so that the unfretted12th fret is perfect middle point. As soon as you fret the note, you're changing that distance slightly and compensating for that is why we intonate guitars in the first place.

Anyway it's not a big deal - I'm only posting this because you were trying to correct Kurtma and he was right and you weren't. The right way to do it is to adjust intonation to compensate for the pressure of your finger changing the distance between the bridge and the fret, either by comparing the open note to the fretted 12th or the 12th harmonic to the fretted 12th.
