From what I gather, the difference between the USA and the import is that the import is made of wood and the USA model is made of "Aircraft Aluminum".

Yes, though there have been a few Custom Shop runs that were wood, but you'll know them when you see them
All the Black and Blue Sparkle Roswells were made in Japan. All Roswells are bolt-on (except the Custom Shop wood runs).
Imports fluctuate in price. I've seen them go as high as $1000 in heavy bidding on Ebay. I can't recall what I paid for the one I had - $650? Sold it for about $700 I think.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
