I have bought USA RR1's off Ebay for $600. I bought 2 of them. I had to be patient. But then again, that was three years ago. Since the new Jacksons went up in price, so did the old ones...

The last few neckthrough Pros on eBay have ended in the $750 ballpark (depending on condition though, but this one was NICE!)... No pics of the tips, though... how are they?
$300-400 seem to be a ballpark for the bolt-ons.Last edited by shredder69; 10-25-2006, 04:41 PM.

Thanks for all your help I feel better and better about this guitar especially since I paid $400 for her with a hardshell case. And the tips have been touched up. I think I put the dent in the shorter wing a week after I got it but I cant remember its been so long. Its not as bad as some I've seen though. It doesnt bother me too bad, and I dont plan on selling it so whatever, just means that if I bump into something I wont have to punch myself in the face.

jackson1,
Great site man very informative and well put together. I wish I would have looked harder and found it sooner. From what I gather on your site this Pro was built in '94 (serial# J402308) and '94 and '95s are harder to find right?
Now that I know the tremolo is actually a good one I will not be switching it out. I may change the pickups though to an 85/60 combo and the knobs gotta go. I have more pics as well and Ill post updated pics as soon as Im done if you guys want. Thanks again for all your help.

Thanks, Seek. Where did you find it for $400? That's a crazy price, especially considering the EMG's were already in it.
