If it came from the factory that way, it should have probably been sold as a 2nd, at a reduced price. Whether it bothered me or not would be directly related to the price I paid for it. Also, as mentioned above, that would be super simple to fix. It would still be noticable, but you'd really have to look close to see it.

Your guitar, your call. I would contact the seller and see if they know anything about it and if possible I'd try and get some money off. I'd keep the guitar and get it fixed up myself.
If it happened in transport then you might be able to tell from the box/case it came in

id contact the dealer and even if I was going to keep it id try and get a discount because even if it doesnt bother you it would be unfair to pay top price for a graded product..If you wake up in the morning, it's because Jack Bauer spared your life.
