You intonated it wrong, its the 12th VS. the harmonic. A good tip is don't use the little rectangle tuners use a Peterson tuner. It's more acurate. +1 on the angled saddles. Try twiking the pick-up height it might help the tone a little to tie you over until you great the cash for pick-ups.
