Hey everyone,newbie here! I just picked up a Jackson (MIJ) DXMGT one of the exclusive Guitar Center models and i am VERY impressed! Great workmanship from top to bottom and it`s even better than some USA made guitars that i`ve had in the past. Nothing but Jackson guitars for me from now on!!!

My DXMGT is my main player. I replaced the HZ's with a set of

How is the Distortion in the neck? I would definitely consider one in the bridge ,but i like nice PAF type cleans from a neck pup and i would imagine the Distortion is pretty over the top in the neck. Of course if i go with active EMG`s i won`t get those sweet cleans from the neck either, so i might just go with Duncans when i make the change!Originally posted by spencer4hire View Post
