Did a guitar like this ever exist from Jackson? It only had a rhythm humbucker, 12 frets, and was a Dinky/Soloist shape... I know I've heard of it somewhere... Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Probably the article that gave rise to this mythic beast: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackson_RhythmistThe only solution to GAS is DEATH...

Yeah, he said Danny Spitz was doing all the solos and he was doing all the rhythm, and never had a use for the frets above the 12th, so he had his built fretted only to the 12th, and the big "NOT" inlay after that.
Ahhh, the good old days. When you could still order a Custom Shop Jackson any way you wanted it. Too bad those days ended a month agoI want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

Funny thing though, I seem to remember Scott himself claiming it had 12 frets in some old interview.
He probably was referring to how many frets he used
